Encounters in Excellence, Inc. (EiE) is committed to protecting our donors’ privacy both online and offline. Our donors expect that we will use their support wisely and respect their personal privacy. Information provided to EiE by donors both online and offline will be used solely to fulfill their donation and shall not be shared for any reason unless the donor grants permission to share such information. All requests to remain anonymous shall be honored.

EiE does not sell or share any donor information. Any individual may request to be permanently removed from EiE’s mailing list by contacting us via email, phone, or postal mail. All requests to be removed from our mailing list shall be honored.

EiE gathers personal information, such as first and last names, home addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and credit card numbers, only when voluntarily submitted by you. If you make an online donation, personal information will be collected from you in order to process that donation.

With your permission, we will use personal information collected from you to send you information, such as updates about new educational content and programming. If you wish to opt-out of those communications, you may request removal by emailing us at info@odysseyearth.com or selecting the opt out option on the electronic communication.

EiE does not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties. We use Internet encryption software, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. Once your credit card information is received, it is accessible to only essential authorized staff who have been specially trained in processing this
information.

EiE reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the site’s integrity, to fulfill your requests, or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or an investigation on a public safety matter.
